Scouting topical websites I've created.
Region 7 Canoe Base
This site covers the history, staff, patches, and memories of this former Boy Scout
High Adventure Base located near Boulder Jct., Wisconsin.
Eagle Scout Forestry Camp
Eagle Scout Forestry Camp (ESFC) preceeded the Region 7 Canoe Base and existed most
of its years one lake over on Lost Canoe Lake. Although this link currently takes you
to a page of the R7CB site, it will be developed into its own site in time.
Amaquonsippi Trail
The Amaquonsippi Trail was founded by Robert Lee and Don Dennison. The trail
started and ended near Bradford, Illinois. Many, many people hiked the trail between
1960 and the early 1980s. Scout groups were the principal users of the trail. This
website shares all the resources I've been able to gather about the trail.

Camp Mish-i-ke (The Turtle) "A Forestry Camp for Boys"
On ebay, I picked up a brochure for this camp that was not a Scout camp. It looks mid-to-late 1930s to my eye. The camp lists itself as Vilas County Wisconsin. It had an office in New York City. It looks to me like it was up near Horsehead Lake and Crab Lake. W.E. Sanderson was the Director and Dr Hugh P. Baker and Major Warren B. Bullock served as Co-Directors. I've placed a 75MB scan of the brochure on the web and it makes for interesting reading. I wish I could attend a camp like this.
