National Supply has, for many years, made rocker segments available. Users would surround existing patches--most commonly 3" rounds--to indicate what years the user had participated at the camp or event. Rocker segments have been used by many camps to indicate participation in a specific activity while at the camp. I'm thinking of the Philmont segments or perhaps Voyageur (Training) segment from Region 7 Canoe Base. My collection mostly focusses on year segments. But I've passively collected other segments that go with red, yellow, green, and blue. Many camps issue segments--year or topical--in the camps colors. I'm thinking of Owassipe for instance. I'm not collecting those. Just the red, yellow, green, and blue from National and an emphasis on the red segments.
