Bob, N4HY

Barry, VE4MA

Bill, VE3CRU

Andy Flowers, KØSM.  His talk about laser communications beyond visual range using cloud-bounce was fascinating.  Incidentally, for 10GHz rain-scatter coordination, you'll want to try his Rainscatter!  Software.
